About Synergy Tech India

Synergy Tech India was established as a result of the acquisition of a local outsourcing player in the late 1990s. The Indian arm specializes in offering Outsourcing Services to clients globally. The solutions are based on a combination of technology, process expertise, talented workforce, and world class delivery, which provides clients value beyond labour arbitrage (lower costs) in a secure environment. Synergy Tech India’s network of delivery centres comprises offshore centres in India and Philippines and is further supported by Synergy Tech’s global delivery network. The India team has about 20,000 employees working out of Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai and Gurgaon, all Tier I metropolitan locations. The Manila office has 5,000 employees.
