ESol India was established as a result of the acquisition of a local outsourcing player in the late 90s. The Indian arm specializes in offering Business, IT and Outsourcing Services to clients globally. The solutions are based on a unique combination of technology, process expertise, talented workforce and world class delivery, which provides clients value beyond labour arbitrage in a secure environment. ESol India’s network of delivery centres comprises offshore centres in India, Sri Lanka and Philippines and is further supported by ESol’s global delivery network. The India team has about 20,000 employees working out of Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai and Gurgaon. Manila and Colombo offices have 5000 and 3500 employees respectively. ESol has been credited for having the first mover advantage with developing and providing customized offerings for the Telecom and Government sector as well as servicing mid-market clients. The India operations crossed its $1-billion revenue mark in 2007.
Encouraged by this, the global leadership has placed huge bets on India operations. ESol’s global head in his annual address to the organization in January 2015 shared the plans the leadership has for ESol India.
